This sunday's training sesh was absolutely appauling....

cmon people only 5 people attended..

i expect more people to attend the next session, thankfully with this being the first training
it wasnt all that great, we were jsut trying a few things out.

now me and collins will Choreograph some exercises for us to be doing in the future

lawl, i was organised that it would be till 8 to 9, just like Kakahi said, not later, cuz i had to go to sleep...

yes, we did it from 8 til after 9...

dont you know about timezones, we clearly stated that it would be 8-9 GMT
